Refund Policy

Here at Ropes & Roses Boutique we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason your aren't completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your item. If the return meets all the criteria listed below we will be happy to give you a store credit in the form of a Ropes & Roses Boutique gift card.

To start a return please email us at (ropesandrosesboutique@gmail.com) before sending your package back. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions where to send the return. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees when returning an items. 

  • Returns must be delivered back to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase (the delivery date of the items provided by it's tracking number. Please email us within those 7 days or we will not accept the return.
  • Returns received after 7 calendar days will be refused and you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of stored credit
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for returned shipping cost or if the package was lost or stolen.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, free of cosmetic stains, unwashed, must have tags still attached. If the items are not received back under these conditions the return will not be accepted. 

Items that cannot be returned: Unfortunately all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Jewelry, shoes, purses, wallets and gift cards cannot be returned.
